New Look Aveda Spa in Covent Garden

Monday, 28 October 2013 14:59

Aveda's Covent Garden Spa, which is part of the Aveda Institute in High Holborn, has undergone a beautiful makeover.

The Aveda Institute Spa in Covent Garden has been transformed in line with the introduction of the new Aveda service menu where customisation is key, now  boasting six beautiful treatment rooms, each designed with a colour palette of chocolate, rich gold and cream and layered with naturally sourced wood accessories. As well as this luxurious space being both relaxing and comfortable for guests, each treatment allows extra time for an in-depth consultation, allowing Aveda’s highly trained therapists to identify each guest’s Elemental Nature trademark, creating a bespoke experience that connects inner well-being to outer beauty – restoring the balance between body, mind and nature.

Aveda Institute General Manager, Mette Haxthausen explains:
“Enhancing the spa’s surroundings has paid dividends with a marked increase in footfall as we welcome over 250 guests per week.  We are proud of our staff retention figure of 91%, this has without a doubt a direct effect on the high guest loyalty that we are seeing with 65% of our spa guests returning within 3 months. We believe the key to a successful business is to create a culture that is passionate delivering the very best every time to every guest.”
