In association with L’Oreal Professionel,  the Breakthrough Team Xtra  is a year-long mentoring programme, designed to catch these stylists and technicians at the perfect point in their career to be able to nurture and capitalise on their incredible potential.

 

These 12 rising stars are about to embark on a year of learning, growth and creativity. They will be exposed to many amazing TONI&GUY educators and courses which will propel their growth as creative hairdressers. 

Bev Rowe, Creative & Artistic Partnerships Manager from L’Oreal Professionel said: “Discovering and developing young, dynamic talent is a passion that TONI&GUY & L’Oréal Professionel have shared for over a decade, and during this time we have discovered many amazingly talented individuals, many of whom have gone on to achieve huge success and become rising stars within this super creative industry. It really is a ‘money can’t buy’ opportunity for the lucky 12 selected, learning form some of the very best in the industry. We are extremely proud to be involved & support this amazing mentoring programme developing our future stars.” 

Tuesday 1st December marked the first official meeting of the Breakthrough Team 2016. At the TONI&GUY London Academy the team came together to meet their mentors, find out what the year has in store for them and to suss out their team mates. 

The fact that these breakthrough team members coming from all over the UK and Europe is certain to result in a host of creativity and inspirations being brought to the table by such a talented group. 

International Education Manager label.m Gary France said of the group: “Over the last 5 or 6 years the Breakthrough Team has grown and developed. We have had increasing levels of talent from all corners of the UK with a team member from Ireland last year and this year with 2 members from Paris it’s a really exciting first for the TONI&GUY Breakthrough Team.”
