Step Up & Shine winner Sophie advances in Fashion Colouring with Goldwell

Friday, 15 April 2016 07:23

On Wednesday 10th March Sophie Freegard from Tops Hair Salon and Beauty in Melksham attended a fabulous day at Goldwell Academy in London for their Advanced Fashion Colouring Course.

This course was specifically chosen by Sophie as part of her bespoke Step Up & Shine Scholarship. Sophie wanted to develop her skills in colouring techniques as well as improve her confidence in this particular aspect of hairdressing.

Throughout the day Sophie was able to really increase her colour knowledge and explore the unlimited possibilities of fashion techniques. Sophie really enjoyed the hands on experience and with only 3 students on the course the education was incredibly personalised to each individual.  Sophie Freegard from Tops Hair Salon and Beauty in Melksham, said “I absolutely loved this course! I took away so much information from the day and I feel so much more confident in fashion colouring now. I have already presented some of the information to the rest of my team back at the salon which was so rewarding”

Sophie has had an incredible year of education as part of Step Up & Shine and we have loved being part of her educational journey. President’s Night will see the winner for 2016/2017 being announced so we cannot wait to share with you the next winner of this bespoke opportunity.

Monday welcomes the glamourous President’s Night to London’s West End and is the ideal setting for the new winner to be announced.
