The Fellowship Gets Greener

Thursday, 05 May 2016 07:15

The Fellowship HQ is based in the Oxfordshire village of Bloxham surrounded by green fields and with that in mind The Fellowship is getting greener.

This year we aim to reduce the paper usage in our office and do our bit for the environment. With that in mind we have started introducing more activity on our website and implemented forms that can be amended online.

New members can visit and download the application form and once filled out this can be emailed straight back to the office team with the simple hit of a button.

We haven’t stopped there. For the first time ever F.A.M.E. Team nominations are online and can be emailed over in the same way. Gone are the days when you need to print it off, fill it out and then make your way to the nearest post box to send it back. This has proved really successful and we hope it is a step in the right direction from us.

As well as revisiting our application processes we have also taken a look at our flyer distribution. We still want to shout about our events but have made the decision to reduce the paper usage from included them in the magazine in this format. Our events will continue to be listed on the website, while also being featured within the magazine as both content and ‘save the dates’. Plus with our social media growing by the day all events can be found on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram making it just as easy to keep an eye on what we are up to.

We hope this is our little way of keeping our office surrounded by green fields and for more information on how to apply for membership or our events contact the girls at HQ on 01295 724579
