F.A.M.E. Team spend the day with Ethos Hairdressing

Monday, 16 May 2016 07:08

Manchester was the next stop for The F.A.M.E. Team as they made their way to the L’Oréal Academy on Monday 9th May for a day with Adam Bryant and Sharon Peake from Ethos Hairdressing.

The day got off to a fantastic start as Jamie, Melissa, Rosie and Zoe were given an insight into how Adam and Sharon got to where they are today. It was a chance to hear about their own professional careers, as well as their own personal working relationships. Following this Adam and Sharon showcased some creative colouring techniques. The F.A.M.E. Team were able to see how braiding can create a beautiful root glow affect through colour application, while blending this through with the factor of time development can create a beautiful diluted effect.

After lunch everyone returned to learn further colouring techniques before Adam and Sharon concluded the day with some further information into their own industry experience.

Jamie Benny, RUSH, said “Spending the day with Adam Bryant and Sharon Peake gave us an incredible insight into creative colour placement and surface colouring. This is something I have never seen. It was fascinating to hear their own personal careers and journeys, particularly how two people from different backgrounds have come to work so closely together. It was definitely an inspirational day and also great people!"
