For the fourth consecutive year, the search is on for an up and coming hairdresser with a minimum of 4 years’ experience on the floor of a Fellowship member salon. Before you put pen to paper, it’s important that the candidate has a strong foundation in hair cutting and is able to take a 4 week sabbatical with the full support of their employer.

The successful candidate will receive:
- abc course (1/8/16 – 5/8/16)
- Men’s course (26/9/16 – 30/9/16)
- abc colour course (24/10/16 – 28/10/16)
- Salon creative course (14/11/16 – 18/11/16)
- Expense allowance of up to £50 per day
- receipts must be provided
- A Denman tool roll
- PR Profile

Last year’s winner Emma Johnson, from The Annexx, said “It was an amazing 4 weeks and I took so much knowledge back to the salon to show all of my colleagues. I really recommend putting individuals forward as it is such a good experience. I had the best 4 weeks and developed so much in terms of skills and confidence. I am so pleased my employer Charlotte Johnson encouraged me to go for it!"
