The Colour Project Team Kick Starts 2017!

Monday, 30 January 2017 13:33

An exciting year of education began for The Colour Project Team on Monday 16th January as they joined Simon Shaw, along with new Project Leader Chris Williams.

First thing on the agenda was for Chris Williams to introduce himself to The Colour Project Team, where he took the time to explain just what was planned for 2017. There was also an opportunity to get some top tips on how best to make the most of social media and enhance their industry profile throughout the year. Then it was over to Simon Shaw for a packed day on all things presentation.

Throughout the day Simon asked The Colour Project Team to partake in various presentation exercises and from these he was able to give lots of feedback and coach them in areas they were weaker in. By the afternoon there was a vast improvement in the presentations and although everyone started off being a little nervous, by the end they were much more comfortable. A great way to break the ice!

Chris Williams, Colour Project Leader, said “What a fantastic day! Simon Shaw is a brilliant mentor and it was really positive to see The Colour Project Team grew throughout their first day. It was great to meet them and to talk to them about the plans for the year. I'm really excited to work with everyone and to watch how this opportunity helps them to grow throughout the year.”
