Presentation Skills Manchester

Friday, 05 May 2017 15:23

The Fellowship’s Presentation Skills Workshops are often some of the most valuable for a lot of Fellowship member’s out there. Finetuning and improving on presentation skills can be the difference between being a standard hairdresser, and being an amazing hairdresser. It can lead to stage show opportunities, educating opportunities and sometimes even team management.

Following the success of London’s Presentation Skills Workshop in April, places on the next one at the L’Oréal Academy in Manchester on Monday 26 June are highly sought after. Hosted by presentation genius Edward Hemmings, the day is all about conquering stage fright and exuding confidence when presenting. From guidance on the big do’s and don’ts, body language and tips on speaking with self-assurance, Edward works with every individual to help them face their fears.

“Presenting can be a scary prospect for so many hairdressers,” says Edward, “It can feel unnatural and unnerving but it’s an essential skill for someone wanting to progress in the industry and make a name for themselves. That’s why the Fellowship’s Presentation Skills workshops are so important and valuable for our members.”
