Meet the Fellowship F.A.M.E. Team 2018

Thursday, 07 December 2017 15:35

The latest four industry stars making up 2018’s F.A.M.E. Team were announced at this year’s Fellowship Luncheon, at the beautiful Dorchester Hotel on London’s Park Lane

It was arguably the biggest announcement of the afternoon, with the whole room waiting in anticipation to know which names they’d be hearing a lot more of next year. Ellie Bond from Spargo Hairdressing, Katie Prescott from TONI&GUY, Paddy McDougall from Rainbow Room International and Peter Mellon from Medusa Hairdressing are the chosen stylists to make the team, and will embark on their F.A.M.E. Team journey in January 2018.

After a lengthy process of judging, including on stage auditions at Salon International in October, the eight finalists were whittled down to four and will spend 2018 being mentored by session stylist Nick Irwin, who has planned an incredible year of education and photoshoots.

“I am absolutely thrilled with the new F.A.M.E. Team,” commented Nick.“With a year's experience in mentoring already behind me, I am so excited to begin next year with them all. I have some amazing mentor days lined up and plenty to keep them busy, with an emphasis on session styling, as this is my background, but also adding in new, more industry based elements too. All will be revealed in the coming weeks.”
