Wella Professionals' Technical Director for UK & Eire: Robert Eaton

Robert Eaton, from Russell Eaton salons, has recently been announced as Wella Professionals UK and Ireland Technical Director and will work alongside the brand's world-class team of colourists, the Wella Professionals Colour Creatives.

Robert will be specifically working with the trade press to share his product knowledge and technical excellence, he will also deliver a selection of Master Colour courses within the Wella studio network. In his newly created role, Robert will continue to be a key Mentor for Wella and will deliver shows and seminars both globally and in the UK. Robert’s additional role within the Russell Eaton Salons at its Creative Director will remain unchanged.  “We have seen Robert’s career grown tremendously in the last decade and are honoured and privileged to be presenting Robert as our Technical Director,” commented Kyle Karim, Coty Professionals Marketing Director. “He has a creative flair that is unique and really directional, so I am confident he will continue to help elevate the craftsmanship of the hairdressing industry and our Wella Professionals brand.”

Robert’s role will commence with immediate effect: “I love being part of the Coty family,”  he said. “As global beauty giants, I am so privileged to be Wella Professionals Technical Director and can’t wait to get stuck in to my role. The Colour Creatives are a hugely talented team of artists, so to be working alongside them for Wella is an incredible opportunity.”  

The Wella Professionals Colour Creatives team will include a carefully selected group of colourists who will collectively work alongside Wella Professionals on new product development, presenting shows and seminars to continually help innovate and elevate the industry. Alongside Robert, the current team members are: Sean Nolan, HOB Salons; Claude Baumann, D&J Ambrose; Claire Chell, Francesco Group; Jayson Gray, Karbon Kyd; Dan Spiller, Marc Antoni; Edward Darley, Sassoon Academy; Siobhan Golden, TONI&GUY; Darren Lacken, Crow Street Collective.
