Pantone Colour of the Year 2019: Living Coral!

Thursday, 27 December 2018 15:32

Every year, hair colourists (and practically everyone with a passing interest in fashion predictions!) eagerly await the revelation of the Pantone Colour of the Year.

"For 2019, I'm very excited to discover that it is to be Living Coral, a dazzlingly sumptuous but delicate shade that can so easily and beautifully translated into the hair," says Ian Michael Black, International Artistic Director for Aveda Colour. "It's actually none other than a stunning copper shade, but with an added warm and cheerful undertone, so as soon as I discovered its significance for 2019 I immediately went to work to translate my vision of the Living Coral  into an exhilarating hair shade using amazing Aveda Full Spectrum colour.”
