Julie Winchester Appointed as General Manager at KAO Salon Division

KAO Salon Division is delighted to announce the appointment of Julie Winchester as General Manager of UK, Ireland and South Africa.  Julie brings with her a wealth of knowledge and has joined the salon team in the London head office to work on the Goldwell, KMS and Oribe brands.

Now with over 12 years’ experience in the beauty industry, Julie kick-started her career in the pharmaceuticals industry, working for the likes of GSK and P&G. Prior to joining Kao Salon Division, she had the privilege of working with some well- known, iconic beauty brands – amongst these were Wella, Max Factor and most recently, professional skincare brand Dermalogica. 

“I absolutely love the beauty industry, but more specifically I love the salon industry.,” Julie commented. “There really is nothing like it. In my experience, people working in the salon industry are the most passionate about the work they do – it is infectious and I already know from my first few weeks with the KAO Salon Division team, that they are no exception. I’m hugely excited about my new role as General Manager and look forward to meeting more of our talented customers and working on our amazing brands.”
