Tara Donates 12 Inches to The Little Princess Trust

Wednesday, 03 July 2019 09:33

Andrew Barton, Creative Director at Headmasters, recently cut a tremendous 12 inches of hair off Royal Ballet First Artist, Tara Bhavnani's hair; Tara then kindly donated her long beautiful locks to The Little Princess Trust.

“It was such an honour to cut Tara’s hair; she was understandably nervous so I wanted to concentrate on making her feel comfortable and relaxed especially after such a huge pledge to cut her hair for The Little Princess Trust,"  explains Andrew. "I kept the cut simple and easy to maintain and made sure there was still enough length left for her to be able to pull her hair up and back.
In my work as the Hairdressing Ambassador for The Little Princess Trust I’m acutely aware of the effect that hair loss has on a child.  Hair is a statement of identity and in my experience can be confidence boosting at any age.”

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young people with hair loss as a result of Cancer treatments and other conditions that can result in hair loss.
