Award-winning salon, Anne Veck, has further enhanced its ‘green’ credentials with its new partnership with luxury sustainable beauty brand, Davines.

As part of Anne Veck’s initiative to further minimise the company’s environmental impact, the UK’s first carbon-neutral hair salon will now retail Davines’ colour and hair care range, containing carefully selected active ingredients that offer immediate action for specific hair needs. The Oxford-based salon has been attracting attention for several years thanks to its sustainable approach, including its use of BlueGenCeramic fuel cell technology, which converts gas to electricity and heats water as well as the building, and this new partnership cements its position as one of the UK’s most eco-friendly hairdressers.

“We have always been devoted to the ongoing improvement of the salon’s environmental credentials and we are therefore delighted to now be working alongside Davines as its approach to sustainability is perfectly aligned to our own," explains Anne. "We not only love the way the products look, smell and feel, but also the values they stand for as a company and we are very excited to bring these products to all of our clients.” From natural ingredients like yellow melon extract found in their signature “MOMO” products, to their world class research lab in Parma, Italy, Davines Group blends science and nature, harnessing the power of both to offer products that are as effective as they are refreshing.

Davines is also a certified B Corporation and CO2 neutral company that supports reforestation to offset its carbon emissions. In addition, all products are sulphate- and paraben-free.
