Hair & Beauty Charity Supports TwoPointSixChallenge Initiative

Monday, 27 April 2020 10:19

For one week (Sunday 26th – Sunday 4th May) the UK is being urged to support smaller charities with a new initiative the TwoPointSixChallenge.  Created by the organisers of the London Marathon this ‘lockdown-friendly event’ is open to anyone to support and very easy to take part in.

The TwoPointSixChallenge is to dream up an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 and then fundraise or donate to the Hair & Beauty Charity’s donation page.  Taking up the 2.6 Challenge can be hair, barbering or beauty related or you may even want to keep it fitness focused with walking or running 2.6 miles, 2.6 kms - or 26 press-ups, 26 minutes walking round the garden.  It can be a sponsored activity, or simply a donation - £2.60 or £26 - whatever is affordable - it all adds up and will make a real difference.
