The Best of headromance

Thursday, 12 February 2015 11:54

headromance has celebrated their first in-salon awards ceremony in their hometown of Havant. The ceremony included trophies, speeches, flowers and plenty of bubbly - with some winners even chosen by headromance team members!

There was a huge buzz in the salon in the lead up to the awards ceremony. Team members were so excited they even shared the news with their clients. “The clients love hearing about the awards," said Peter Gibbs, co-Director of headromance. "They love that their stylist will be getting the recognition they deserve. An awards ceremony makes the team very happy and is a way of saying thank you for all their hard work."

Emily Warne, co-Director of headromance also commented: “It's hugely important to recognise your team’s strengths and performance and an annual awards ceremony is the perfect way to do that. It gives us time together to reflect on the past year and celebrate our achievements.”
