Get The Look: CAPLANETWISLE @ LFW SS18; Hair by Mark Woolley and Electric Hair

Inspiration for the show came from 90s grunge. The idea was to work with the natural hair texture and pattern of the models hair whilst emphasising symmetrical partings and creating a fairly, dirty and moody look.

LONDON FASHION WEEK SS18 DESIGNER: CAPLANETWISLE

HAIR INSPIRATION

Inspiration for the show came from 90s grunge. The idea was to work with the natural hair texture and pattern of the models hair whilst emphasising symmetrical partings and creating a fairly, dirty and moody look.

STEP BY STEP

1. Prep the hair foundation by parting into a symmetrical middle parting using a pin tail comb.

2. Apply L’Oréal Professionnel Volume Lift Mousse at the centre parting, dragging products out two inches from the root.

3. Set the parting by drying it in with a hair dryer.

4. Apply L’Oréal Professionnel Fix Move gel to give more of a set effect.

5. Once applied, we added a mixture of L’Oréal Professionnel Super Dust with Talcum Powder to the partings and hairline to create a chalky effect.

6. The style was finished with L’Oréal Professionnel Infinium This was done by shaking the can to build up pressure, with a light touch of the nozzle.
