Now in its third year, label.m proudly announces the winner of label-me and the new ’face of label.m’, to appear in the brand's next 2018/2019 global advertising campaign.

After receiving hundreds of entries via the label-me digital platform, a shortlist was eventually drawn and they were invited to attend a casting in London. All the finalists met with label.m’s Global Creative Director, Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck, and a panel of professional hair experts to take part in a test shoot, as well as being interviewed about their individual style, interests and ambitions.

“The global label-me competition is all about celebrating authentic style and real people, and it’s these same individuals who inspire the label.m brand every day,”  explained Sacha.  “In a time where the traditional model criteria is being redefined, to be able to offer this opportunity worldwide is truly exhilarating and embraces label.m’s brand vision.  Peony really stood out for me, as she has a unique style and that sense of confidence really came out in front of the camera, proving a perfect fit for the art direction of this year’s campaign and ethos of individuality. I can’t wait for everyone to see it!”

ABOUT WINNER, PEONY HO

After finding out about the style-sharing competition through TONI&GUY’s Instagram, Hong Kong born, Peony Ho, wowed judges with her experimental style and confidence in front of the camera. “I saw so much diversity on the label-me site I thought to myself ‘why not?’,” said waitress and aspiring young model, Peony. “I was really excited when I found out that I’d won the competition because at the casting day, there were lots of amazing people, so I was very surprised! Anyone thinking of entering label-me, just give it a go – be creative and be yourself.” Style-setters can simply snap a look they love and upload it to the label-me platform, in order to be in with a chance of winning not only a monthly bundle of label.m goodies worth £150, but also the opportunity to potentially take the title from Peony.
