TONI&GUY Achieves Superbrand Status for the 12th Successive Year
Tuesday, 16 April 2019 09:38Superbrands has revealed that TONI&GUY has been awarded Consumer Superbrands status for 2019.This year’s survey featured 1,596 brands across 78 different categories, ranging from ‘Automotive Products’ to ‘Vitamins & Supplements’. Only the most highly-regarded brands from each category are awarded Superbrand status.
A fringe can update a long hairstyle, transform a short cut and add a focal point to the face. According to TONI&GUY international artistic director, Cos Sakkas, a fringe suits everyone and can make a big difference to any hairstyle.
TONI&GUY announces Mr. Nigel Darwin as the brand's Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Nigel brings extensive experience with him, having already enjoyed a successful 20-year career across the beauty, wellness and fashion industries.
It's a super-trend that's gaining momentum at a rate of knots. While devotees of long hair never tire of its versatility, suitability and fashion credentials, short hair is about to have its day, with models willingly chopping of their long locks to walk the runways!
This collection was inspired by boys who have left their country roots in search of the bright lights of the city. It was all about teaming classic cuts and sharp tailoring with edgy models and undone styling.

Monday, 07 January 2019 15:14Charlie Cullen, International Artistic Director, works backstage with the TONI&GUY International Session Team to create a contemporary 80’s feel at E. Tautz AW19. Charlie complemented the collection with hair that was a nod to the 80s.
“I was inspired by a black and white collection that our creative director, Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck created in 2009, the Alignment collection. I loved the expensive and minimalistic feeling and wanted to combine that with some strong perimeter-focused shapes and a rawness to the photography that shows the strength of the model’s features.” Philipp Haug, 2018 London Hairdresser of the Year.
“I wanted to create a collection of individual looks focused on what I love doing – styling beautiful and feminine hair with an editorial edge.
