STAND UP TO BULLYING 

In fact, so strong is its anti-bullying message that Neon has teamed up with The Diana Award’s charity Stand Up To Bullying to empower young people to tackle bullying in their schools and communities. Established in 1999, The Diana Award is a charity legacy to Diana, Princess of Wales’ belief that young people have the power to change the world. The charity is involved in a number of different projects aimed at reducing bullying in schools. One of the main projects is the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Programme which has trained over 20,000 young people across the UK to lead anti-bullying campaigns in their schools. The Neon brand will support this programme by celebrating young people across the UK who have done exceptional anti-bullying work. To do this Paul Mitchell has recruited a #NeonSquad to inspire other young people with their anti-bullying stories. 

MEET THE #NEONSQUAD 

The Paul Mitchell #NeonSquad is a group of courageous young women who have already suffered bullying at some point in their young lives, but have stood up to it and come through the other side as stronger, more self-determined people. As participants of the #NeonSquad their mission is to help spread the word that bullying in any form, whether it be face-to-face or through social media is totally unacceptable.
