Welcome to Planet Galactic Dimensions ! The inspirational creative world of Michel et Colette, presented at the Hilton Habtoor, Beruit last month, which took two months to plan, 15 days to prep and required over 350 balloons. 

 

Lebanon-based Michel & Colette are the region’s most renowned and respected hairdresser and make-up artist respectively, who have two salons with a third due to open early next year. “We wanted to create a collection that was ‘out of this world’, inspired by space and pushing our creative boundaries on earth,” Michel commented. “Beauty and fashion are about different dimensions and we were heavily influenced by the colours, movement and texture of the galaxy.” 

Michel Zeytoun has been the region’s hairdresser of choice for over 10 years, looking after celebrities and Gulf royalty; styling for music videos and hit TV series. Young, trendy women everywhere from Beirut to Dubai, Saudi Arabia to Tunis, all flock to his site for advice. In a culture where weddings reign supreme, he specialises in the unique Arab bridal hairdo as well as Middle Eastern hair up and half-up styles in general. His passion innovates others. 

Colette is a talented, motivated and ambitious make-up artists renowned for her ability to create a flawless face. She works closely with the star, Syrine Abd-El Nour, creating her looks for video, photoshoots and red carpet appearances, as well as with Haifa Wehbe, Diana Haddad, Amal Bouchoucha,and Shahd Barmada. She has recently launched her own education service offering private tuition to the next generation of make-up artists.
